Terms of Service - M Polo Tournament App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using the M Polo Tournament App mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. About the App

M Polo Tournament App is a sports management app for polo built for distribution of information such a tournament draws and nomination links. 
These Terms apply to all users of the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Keep your login details secure

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Interfere with the operation or security of the App

• Upload or distribute harmful, abusive or misleading content

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

 

6. User Content

If you submit or upload content through the App:

• You retain ownership of your content

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the App

• You confirm you have the rights to share that content

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Purchases & Subscriptions (if applicable)

All purchases made through the App are processed via the platform provider.

Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Can be managed through your Apple or Google account settings

• Are subject to the platform’s billing terms

We do not control third-party payment processing.

8. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You must not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.
We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
